My 6 year old daughter has had some bad experiences at a prior dentist. She had high anxiety and they refused to work on her, but referred us to On The Cusp Pediatric. It was the best thing that could’ve happened for her. I wasn’t sure what to expect before walking in to the office. We were greeted immediately after we walked in the door. The office was clean and relaxing, my girls felt right at home playing on the tablets on the wall. Unaware we were even at a Dentist appointment. I was treated with respect, as well as my kids. They knew exactly how to deal with kids, and my kids at that. We were scheduled for the following day for my daughter to go under general anesthesia. Nerve wracking for my daughter and myself. We showed up in the morning, and once again greeted with kindness. The Dentist and Anesthesiologist both came out to talk with me and my daughter and explained to her in simple terms, and quietly to me step by step what would happen. They were so good throughout the entire appointment, I wasn’t too worried in the waiting room. The assistants came out to check with me and give me updates throughout the entire procedure. I couldn’t be more happy with the service we received, and recommend On The Cusp to any parent whose child needs dental work. We will be coming back for sure, no doubt about it.
